A DEDICATED PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

Soon after graduation, Bianca accepted a position with Sico Hoelscher Harris and Braugh L.L.P. concentrating her practice on product liability and personal injury cases arising out of accidents across the nation. At Sico Hoelscher Harris she was a litigator managing her own docket of 18-wheeler accident cases. At Sico Hoelscher Harris, Bianca gained priceless courtroom and litigation experience and battled successfully against Fortune 500 companies consistently settling cases in the seven-figure range for her clients.

In the Spring of 2019, Bianca opened the doors of her own law firm to focus on helping those in Houston who have been injured as a result of another individual/company’s negligence. While not in the office, Bianca enjoys working with those in the community to empower women to achieve success.

Specifically, Bianca’s practice focuses on automotive accidents including bus accidents, pedestrian accidents, drunk driving accidents, dram shop cases (bar liability), workplace injury cases, and commercial vehicle/trucking cases involving catastrophic injury and death. Bianca is also a Spanish speaker.

Bianca is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, a membership that is limited to attorneys who have won million-dollar settlements throughout their careers. In 2020 National Trial Lawyers named her Top 40 Under 40. In Spring 2021 Super Lawyers Magazine named Bianca a Texas Rising Star, a prestigious honor in her field. On a personal note, in 2020 Bianca was featured as a “Modern Mom” in the Houston Modern Luxury Magazine. In March 2021, Bianca served as a panelist at the Houston Business Women Summit, a female empowerment event attended by business owners alike in Houston.

In the Spring of 2021, Bianca landed on the cover page of “The Houstonian Review” magazine and is frequently featured on KTRH-13 as a legal expert. “I want to be the voice of those who have suffered a tragic loss, catastrophic injuries, and an advocate for Latino rights,” says Bianca. “We need more Hispanic lawyers and I would like to create more scholarship funds, speak at female empowerment events, and mentor.” Bianca has billboards across Houston and commercials on Univision and is one of the few female Hispanic attorneys on mainstream networks. Bianca’s long-term goals include expanding her firm in Houston and throughout Texas. Once her children grow up, she hopes to become a television legal analyst or a judge.
