Bio

I have always wanted to do two things in my life…become an attorney and run my own business. After working at some of the most reputable and largest immigration and bankruptcy firms over the last few years, I am finally able to pursue my dreams and offer my clients the experience of a big-firm attorney with the personal attention and service of a small, boutique law office.

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management from one of the best business schools in the western United States and coupled that with a law degree from University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California. My wife is originally from the central valley and upon moving here we quickly realized this is where we want to raise our family.

I had the unique opportunity to live in Buenos Aires, Argentina for two years. I speak fluent Spanish and the vast majority of my clients are Spanish speaking. At my previous immigration firm I handled nearly 1,000 cases at a time and have won many cases from difficult, drawn-out deportation proceedings to simple green-card renewals. My goal in opening my own firm is to provide my clients with better, faster and cheaper legal services and more one-on-one attention and attorney-client interaction.

In most big offices the clients just become a number and despite the fact that you pay large “attorney fees” you rarely, if ever, actually see or speak to the attorney. I am changing all this, and my current clients love it.

My wife and four children (ages 6, 5, 5 and 3) love playing sports, visiting the beach, playing games together and cooking our favorite foods.
